Nice friendly staff. Very clean office. I liked Dr. Prasad a lot. She did a procedure and I was very pleased with the outcome

I came in with a Groupon for three treatments of laser hair removal. We discussed my desire to thin out the hair. After three treatments my results are splotchy, some bald spots with strips and patches of mismatched hair. The nurse is now saying that is a normal result and I need to continue the treatment all the way to bald. I asked to upgrade to their regularly offered package of six sessions where I would pay the difference in full, getting no discount. The manager could not do the basic math to figure this out and was unwilling to do it. Honestly, she did not seem to understand that I would end up paying full price.



Bottom line, they are WAY overpriced, results are mixed, customer service is terrible and they are snotty. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Don't go! I went for 5 laser hair removal treatments. On first appointment she burned my skin. I left without a treatment. I told her about it and there was no apology, or no offer to do another treatment. I finished the treatments with a different person because she didn't want to treat me. After 5 weeks NO Results and she refused to refund my money for the 1st session that resulted in a burn on my face and she refused to do another session which I was willing to do. Very bad! I have a friend that went also that I just found out about and she had the same experience. I do not recommend! Very bad service and treatment. She should be reported!

I have been going to Dr. Prasad for close to 5 years now for a Tattoo removal. The red and black were gone in a couple of treatments. The green remained. She claimed it would just take longer. 4 years later...still lots of green. After she canceled an appointment last minute I tried a competitor that had a ruby laser. Their cost was 66% LESS than Dr. Prasad and with more one treatment the green will be gone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR TATTOO REMOVAL! A complete rip off. I spent thousands..

I love Dr. Prasad! Her personality is so easy and enjoyable to be around. She doesn't make you feel like you are in a Dr's office at all! I would recommend anyone to go to Laser Esthetica!

Dr. Prasad is wonderful at what she does. I have been going to her for injections and laser hair removal for the last couple of years and have always been thrilled with my results. I highly recommend Laser Esthetica!
