These guys are honest, competent, reasonably priced and sincere. We've taken all three of our vehicles here, ('67 camaro, '06 suburban, and '13 volt) and have had no complaints!

Unfortunately, GM Repair has lost my business and my whole families. I spent nearly $700 getting all my engine mounts replaced Sept. 2011 and in one year they all failed. I had just gotten off of Highway 50 with my three year old in the back seat, when my engine dropped. All that was holding it up was the oil pan. Because it broke down one week after the 'one year' mark, they told me it was out of warranty. I had brought it to Brett's attention who actual said this to me because it is out of warranty they are not responsible and had the audacity to give me attitude. He told me my repair was not in the system and must have been done by some one else. I brought in the invoice proving I had the work done by them. only then was he willing to have them look at my car. They did repair two of the three engine mounts. The third I had to have replaced to even get my car over to their shop. When I asked to be reimbursed. He tried to tell me they were not the same part because the part numbers were different. I went to Autozone where the new part had been purchased. They confirmed that part numbers are different based on the brand. Autozone printed out how they match up the part numbers and the parts did match up. I showed Brett this and he got irritated with me. Brett said the engine mount failure on the manufacturer and refused to refund me anything. It has now been a month since and they will not contact me. I told them that engines do not fall out of cars on a yearly basis. It was a terrifying experience and was offered no empathy or assistance by them. Brett made it worse when he lied and had attitude. They are under the impression that their work is only supposed to be good for a year. Engine mounts do not fail yearly. I am sad to say that my father had recommended them to me originally and I initially was very happy with them. But when it came to standing by their work, I was sorely let down.

I was very happy with the customer service at this facility, definitely would recommend!!!
