ALL BUYERS BEWARE OF ANY PURCHASE YOU MAKE AT FUTURE FORD OR ROSEVILLE.
This dealership will lie to you after they have completed the of a vehicle to you. We purchased a used Ford F150 FX4 from this dealership June 27, 2018. It was guaranteed to us that this vehicle was in perfect working condition and that all components had be checked out and working properly. This is not the case not only do they not completely check out their vehicles (as when I called and talked to a manager it was stated that only certified vehicles get completely worked over) but was told the only thing that was done was to check for leaks and an oil change. This is an issue as one week after we had the vehicle this started failing. These involve an electrical short that cause the vehicle to unexpectedly die (which almost cause us to get hit by an 18 wheeler), an air conditioner that has not worked correctly from day 1 and now blows cold air out one side and hot air out the other, a seat heated that has not worked since day 1, a leak that they say isn’t there but miraculously there are water stains, other electronic controls that have not worked properly. What is even more abdominal is the way their management team treats its customers. Mr. Bill Walsh, general manager and supposedly part owner of Future Ford needs to go back to school for customer service. Not only did he insult me and my wife over our financial situations, but also lies when saying they will fix all issues listed above and then wants to present you with an estimate and invoice for the repairs.
If you want to be belittled and insulted by an unprofessional management group than by all means go to Future Ford for your purchase. Otherwise, there are many other Ford dealerships in the Sacramento area that will appreciate their customers, not mislead and lie to them and keep to their word unlike Mr. Walsh who hides behind a phone and wont even deal with a customer face to face.

never thought car buying could be so easy

I was so upset that my son totaled my Subaru, it was my favorite car and I didn’t know what I would do without Greg at this point I don’t care what I car I drive as long as I can afford it. Greg offered me a brand new Fusion and less than the MSRP, right in my price range! I never thought car buying could be so easy, I recommended Future Ford to all of my friends and family and to anyone else who’s looking for a good deal.

roseville ford 5 stars for service !

Buying a car has always been a drag, but not this time! I’m very happy with Future Ford of Roseville any issue I had, they were real quick to solve it. I bought a new F150, and there was a dent on the side I noticed when I got home. I called the salesman, Rick and he didn’t even question me about it, he simply apologized and asked if I could bring it in to repair the dent or if they wanted me to have them pick it up at my work and drop it off before I get off. How can you beat that kind of service? I didn’t even know such kindness exsisted amongst the car salesmen! I will for sure come back for my next car.

I went in to the service dept. to have a warranty item fixed. Not only did they fix my problem, they also gave me a new battery because it failed it's test and was still under the warranty too! They finished within the original time they quoted me and was very friendly. I highly recommend this service dept. !

I have had my Ford serviced here many times. They are pretty good to work with as dealerships go. The service writers are all great and fair. Of course, no one wants to pay dealership prices but they do really good work...and warranty repairs are free so you can't complain about that. Regular service is a decent price too, but definitely make an appointment. I have used the shuttle service many times and their driver is a good guy!

I've went there a couple different times to purchase a vehicle and both times, I've ended up wasting A LOT of time due to the inexperienced sales staff. In my most recent experience, I made an offer on a vehicle and the sales manager came back with a price higher than what the sales rep had quoted. Sales staff and management are extremely inconsistent and nobody assumes any responsibility. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership!

I bought my Ford Edge almost 3 years ago. I still love it! I have had to take it in for some interior cleaning and maintenance recently and that staff is amazing. They are quick , precise and super friendly. I never had a problem with them. Great service.

Tony and Bill from Internet sales were awesome to deal with. I walked in looking for a vehicle for my stepson and ended up going back with the wife to look at the new Ford Fusion. I have never leased before and when I gave Tony a payment I wanted Bill his manager came out, and without any back and forth hassling you normally get, asked my if he got the car at that price would I buy it and I told him yes. I would highly recommend anybody who wants a Ford to go to Future Ford and ask for Tony Tamantini he was great!!

I took my truck in to have it troubleshooted for the computer not monitoring correctly. I picked up my truck as i was given a $3000 estimate to replace parts that had NOTHING to do with why i brought the truck in. When I asked why the computer was not working, I was told they didn't know. The next day I found TWO obvious broken parts in the engine area. I contacted future ford and they said the service tech did not break them. If the obvious broken parts were pre-existing, why wouldn't they of been included in the estimate to repair??? Shady business future ford.
