The front office is incompetent and their record keeping is horrible.

Nov. 2016 I had email correspondence with Lacey regarding sealant that one of my sons supposedly needed. I was very confused by this email because my son, a few month's prior had already had the sealant put on. I informed her of this and she verified that I was correct and apologized for the error.

Within that same email correspondence, I asked to reschedule my dental appointment for a time that I would be able to have myself and my children all attend at the same time. In email, an appointment time was agreed upon and confirmed.

Here we are, Feb. 2017, a couple days before my appointment and I get a text confirming the appointment for the old appointment date and time. When I spoke with the front office, I informed them that I had correspondence confirming the new date and time and I forwarded it to them. Unfortunately "they aren't able to accommodate that day and time now" and they wanted to reschedule my appointment.

Needless to say, I'm no longer a patient of theirs. Like most mom's, I have a very busy schedule and don't need to be wasting my time with a dental office that isn't organized. If you're unable to keep accurate records of dental work in addition to keeping your calendar in order, you're not the right dentist office for me.

The entire family goes to Dr. Rana. She is very sweet and is very knowledgeable. We don't like going in but if we need to we will choose Dr. Rana.

The staff and provider provided a very personal and sincere service. I appreciated being greeted warmly and given a tour of the practice. Doctor Rana was also considerate of my comfort during the procedure which was efficient and professional. I truly appreciated the computerized patient registration and same day crown procedure as the crown was milled in-house. I highly recommend Blue Hill Dental.

Kids love the tokens they get after each visit. With the tokens they can choose a prize out of the machine. The kids also love the big fish tank in the waiting room. Nice staff. Professional.

Love ! They are incredibly friendly ,kind and patient. I am a very nervous dental patient. I have tried many dentists in the area and so glad I finally found them after 22 years of thinking dentistry could just ok . The dentist and dental hygienists are great. They are rated as one of the top dentists by Style Magazine in our area and a very well deserved recognition.

Nice office, pleasant staff. Easy parking. I don't have to wait forever for an appointment, good scheduling.

I've been going to see Dr. Rana for over 2 years now. She has greatly improved my smile. Her staff is warm and caring. They are very flexible when scheduling appointments that fit my needs and schedule. Her front desk always reviews fees with me before procedures so there are no surprises when checking out.
