After 3 years, I gave AutoNation Honda another chance when shopping for a plug-in hybrid. I ended up leasing with them after a little back and forth via email and text.

I also sold them my 2015 4Runner, and they told me I should be receiving a check in 5-7 days (from the date of the sale: Sept 5th). I had the title, so there should have been no problem meeting this deadline.

Unfortunately, it is now 19 days later, and still no check. After 8 days passed, I called to speak with someone in finance and left a message. After no response, I called back the next day, and they still couldn't connect me with someone over the phone. Decided to go into the dealership at Day 10 (Saturday), and was told that my lease was not funded yet, but "corporate was closed until Monday". On Monday, I was told that I needed to re-sign a new contract because the original contract was missing the last digits on the VIN for my 4Runner! The finance guy missed it even though it was a known "glitch" in the system. I'm sure Honda is working hard to fix this glitch, while it gives them an excuse to hold onto thousands of dollars from their customers... Interest accrued for them!

I came in that same day and signed a new contract. No offer of service and hardly an apology for their error. The original finance guy made excuses for the issue after I spoke with another finance manager who said the error was known and should have been caught. I expressed my displeasure to their sales manager and he offered me a tank of gas.... ON A PLUG-IN HYBRID. I told him that I haven't used any gas in the 2 weeks since I bought it and do not plan on using a tank of gas in the next year, but he said there was nothing he could do! My sales rep is more concerned about how I am going to review my experience with Honda's customer survey.

This review is specifically for the service and technician departments. We were having some problems with our 2008 Honda CRV. We found out they had to do with recalls made for Honda. Everything was fixed in a timely manner and the var was serviced for free. On top of it, Raj our service contact, had brand new coloring books and crayons for my 3 year old daughter while we waited for our ride home. Such a great experience and we will continue to have our car serviced there.

Leasing our second Honda Pilot didn't go as smoothly with the sales person when negotiating the price as it did the first time we leased through the same dealership. We will definitely go through Costco car sales next time, no negotiating with Costco price.

Went and bought a certified used Honda and it was exactly as described on the web page. I also had the option to pre-purchase 10 oil changes which makes it easier to just drop off and pick up.

We love their service staff. They always get us in and explain what needs to be done. They call when repairs are done and it doesn't take all day. However; I wouldn't buy a car here. We had a bad experience with the old can't find the car that was advertised trick. We tried to work with the sales staff but became so frustrated with the process that we bought elsewhere. We came back for the service only.

I went in to get my oil changed because they sent me a coupon. I easily made the appointment online. I dropped my car off with no problem. The service advisor did not try to up sell me, which I appreciate. It was just as easy to get my service here as it would be anywhere else. With the coupon, it was cheaper than the chain oil change joints.

There are certain events in life that we don’t expect to find pleasant and one of those used to be buying a vehicle. However, due to an especially great group of people, you don’t have to dread it anymore. These guys make it about you, not them! AutoNation Honda made sure our family had a great experience when we recently bought a new Honda Accord. In particular, Dominick Daurizio, worked with us, and it was a pleasure. This was no old-fashioned experience. Dominick had all the papers prepared and we had reviewed them from the comfort of home before the sale. He gave us all the information we needed to choose a vehicle and asked us how we would like each aspect of the sale to happen. We got nothing but exactly what we asked for in every way. There was absolutely no pressure, but a level of customer service that addressed our needs and put a car in our garage. In fact, he offered to deliver it to our house, since we were busy and it was late in the evening. We don’t want to forget to mention that we bought this car for more than a fair price and I researched that carefully. Honestly, there is no reason not to make your next purchase at AutoNation Honda and we highly recommend that you ask for Dominick. We were also fortunate to have all our financing handled by Gary Pistochini. He is amazing, as well. This is our second car from this dealership in the last couple years. Our first experience was just as pleasant and went just as smoothly. Give Dominick the opportunity to do what he did for our family, and you will stick with this dealer just like our family has had the pleasure to do.

Shopping for a new car, I noticed that this dealership had the car I wanted. I called and was asked to come in after receiving a fantastic offer. I was assigned to a sales agent, Garry Neighbors. He walked me through the buying process explaining every detail and answering all my questions. The people at the dealership are all the best.
