Very Thankful to Rosenberg Health and Rehab!

I would just like to say how grateful my family is to the entire staff at Rosenberg Health and Rehab. My brother was involved in a accident and once he was discharged from the hospital he was admitted to this facility. His health had deteriorated so much we did not know if he would ever be the same. From the moment we arrived the facility administrator expressed her concern but was confident that he would get better. I visited almost everyday and watched how caring and professional the staff was to my brother. They treated him with respect and provided quality care. He was there for almost 4 months and each week his condition improved. My family and I are beyond grateful for the quality of care provided to my brother. The staff was professional and genuinely care about the patients. The administrator, nursing staff, doctors, facility controller, director of nursing, PT staff and everyone my brother came in contact are responsible for his improvement. It was a bittersweet moment leaving because they became just like family. I am so thankful that God sent us this way and just wanted to share my family's experience with this wonderful facility!!!

Do NOT send your relatives here! THIS IS THE WORST NURSING HOME EVER! They neglect residents, steal their property and cant tell left from right when you ask them questions. They will leave you on hold forever or forget that you are even on the line! They start asking for their money 10 days before the beginning of the month but cant be bothered to have patients laundry done or even tend to their necessities when called upon. Then they blame the elderly resident thinking the family will take their word over theirs, well I don't buy it!
