I've been going here for years, fine utilities and The gym is generally my "me time" anyway, but I seriously do not appreciate the way staff treats you. I wanted to start doing group classes but was made to feel so unwelcome in the clique that it only lasted the one session.



Very poor customer service, especially from the really young man there all the time, explaining the simplest things seems too complicated and "please and thank you" are not part of the vocab. Again, I've been going their for years and was just treated like the simplest task was asking way too much. Not cool, you are paid to provide me a service. Act like it.

This place is horrible with poor management. When I cancelled in writing for our family membership, they kept charging for my husband. Funny, we didn't sign up separately, but another way to keep pulling out auto payments. Very unethical.
