I rented their car on my vacation and paid for Collision coverage for $13 per day, but they still charged me $300 penalty fee when I returned the car with a small scratch on the car during my vacation even though I paid for Collision coverage. It makes me very Sad and very Disappointed in my experience with their Co.! And I swear I will Never rent car from them...So if you rent their car please make sure that they don't charge you for additional $800 deductible when it will be very easy to have something happened to the rented car that you rent from them (like a little scratch).
