CUSTOMER

Hood not shut, parts not put back together.

Firstly, my car is an older one but for now, it's all I have. After an emergency no start this past Monday, I elected to have it towed in to Friendly Ford for diagnosis. For whatever reason, a possible loose wire perhaps, my car started with no problems the next day they told me. OK, fair enough. They asked if they could keep it another day to monitor it, I said sure. End result: They couldn't find anything more wrong. But here is my complaint: The technician left 2(dusty)under dash/steering column panels on my passenger seat and bolts laying loose on the drivers floor. Also, they failed to close the hood all the way.Again, my car isn't a new one by far nor did I buy it from them but, after handing it back to me unfinished doesn't speak well for the dealer.I sure wouldn't recommend this dealer to anybody.
