I have recieved great service here. Jeff, the owner, goes way above and beyond what he would need to in order to make he's customers happy. Super nice guy. Have shipped many packages here and always with success.

My experience with Roscoe Pack and Mail is the single worst business experience I've ever had. The owner of the company improperly packed a family heirloom, which was cracked in transit. UPS would have reimbursed us as the shipper, but it is his business policy to put Roscoe Pack and Mail as the shipper, and therefore only the business can received payment from UPS. This is sneaky and unethical. When I went to his store to ask him about this, he lied, saying my mother, who shipped the heirloom, said she didn't care about it. She was waiting in the car, so we brought her in, and after we insisted twice that he look her in the face and repeat that to her, he looked at her and lied. The owner of the business is immoral. Please never give him your business.
