I recently booked a Cedar Point bus trip with Mari Transportation and the service was wonderful. The driver was uber friendly even interacted with the children. I highly recommend this company.

This company is great the owner is phenomenal and very accommodating goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied and everytime we use their services we were best transportation company hands down

I most definitely would use mari tours and transportation services again best rates around. they are always on time,professional and well dressed. We use this transportation service every time never a disappointment.great job!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unethical and very unprofessional. We recently reserved them for a bachelorette party and they were two hours late. We had to have multiple cars drive us to dinner and they were even later than they told us they would be originally. The driver was not dressed in a professional manner at all. We were late for our reservations for an event that started at 7:00pm when the bus was supposed to be there at 5:00pm. We paid for the bus for 9 hours from 5:00pm to 2:00am and only had it from 7:00pm to a little before 2:00am. When we called to be reimbursed for the severe inconvenience, it took weeks for them to get in touch with us. We were finally told that they felt we got our moneys worth and that they extended the time we had the bus (which they did not). They refused to refund any money or even apologize. This has lead to us having to look into taking legal action, which at this point is worth it to make sure this does not happen to others.
