We moved into a house that was originally renting a water softner. I thought it would be better to purchase one so I began the hunt. I looked at the inexpensive models you find at your typical home stores but after reading reviews, I didn't care for them. I called a few places and setup appointments to get more info and pricing. Al was very knowledgable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and was not pushy at all. He also advised on some deceptive sales tactics that others might use to scare you into purchasing; one tried but I did not fall for it. Johnson Water offered the best price, was very knowledgable, and I would recommend them to anyone!
