Bad Overall

Prices continue to go up. Service and quality continue to go down. Internet is out constantly. Phone stops working on a regular basis. TV is too expensive for what we are getting.

Loss of words for how terrible this company is

Beware of this company. We left fidelity years ago and went with dish due to hidden fees and over charges. We recently saw their add for 20 mbps internet... filled out the form and then received a call saying we owe them $900. So did some searching this is a common practice for this business. Beware of this company. If you have another option go with them. Personally I would love to see another company come in and fidelity would go so quickly. So many people hate this company.

Billing

I am totally unhappy with this company from day one...their billinb practices confuse me to death they put ads on TV for lower prices but you have to be a new custome...several times I have questioed my bill cause it seemed exorbitantly high figures keep changing although I have had the same services for over a year. if there was any compettion or if I could get satelllite I would NOT deal with them at all unfortunately like most utility companies they got you locked in its them or no service at all

I am dissatisfied with customer service. I have called for tech support numours times,and yet have not fixed the problem. they must be union workers.
