I will not be going back, the manager was extremely rude and impatient while i was trying to order a cake. I called just three hours after to cancel and she said they don't do refunds. She pointed out a sign on the counter, but all it said is not cash refund, i was not asking for a cash refund. She then said it is also at the bottom of my receipt, but she never gave me one when i ordered from hr in the first place. Bottom line im stuck with a store credit i dont want, and i will not be going back or recommending them.

Excellent Service and Food as always. Don't know what we would do without them. They make the best Bavarian filled cake in the world even though my was only ordered as Chocolate/on Chocolate. It was still delicious. Been using them for over 10+ years and still a 10/10.
