I'm a do it yourself... take care of my own pool kinda guy. I've been using swim tech for a very very long time now. Every time I have a question they've come through with flying colors. They have never steered me the wrong direction. They are the most honest company I've delt with. P.S. Thanks Kim for all your help.

They got my pool filter fixed quickly and they were friendly. They even provided a warranty repair on a pump... I didn't even know I had warranty left on it! That was a nice surprise.

We have used them for years foreverything from parts, to pump motor replacements, leaks, you name it,. They have always been awesome, it has been fixed the first time, in a reasonable amount of time, and reasonably priced. maintenance parts are MUCH less $ than Leslies or any we have found.

We moved from our home in Rowlett 2 months ago and had SwimTech service the pool. We recently returned to the house to find the pool a disaster. We called SwimTech and the lady told my wife that they were just there and after my wife said they havent been there...the lady told her to "shut up". The next thing we know they showed up wanting to service pool. We had to run them off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
