Jan recently performed the Dermapen procedure on my face and neck and I could not be happier with the results. First of all, she explained to me in detail everything to expect and was right on target. I initially had redness but oh my, after a couple days, the results were amazing. The large pores around my nose are nearly invisible now, and the redness I have been living with for years on my neck (too much glycolic acid use by self-medicating) has been reduced over 70%. With a little powder now, it is not noticeable at all. Prior to the procedure, I was very embarrassed about my neck redness and lines, which were also reduced. It is truly a miracle. Overall, my skin is much more youthful looking and glowing. I cannot wait to have my second procedure performed. Jan is absolutely the greatest on this planet.

I am extremely happy with my experience thus far. Jan is very experienced and knowledgeable. She explained to me fully what to expect and provided me the information on her laser so I was able to do my own research. I conducted a literature review (of scientific, peer-reviewed literature) and examined the research on the efficacy of various lasers. I found that the laser Jan utilizes has the one of the highest efficacy rates. I am olive skinned and as a result, my skin has to be handled with care lest I burn or have other unpleasant side effects. Jan covered this in detail and inquired about my recreational activities. I had originally wanted to include my legs but she advised against this due to my possible level of sun exposure during the summer. If Jan were purely motivated by money, I feel like she would have encouraged me to also do my legs. I just finished my 3rd treatment of my facial, bikini, and underarm areas. Jan is watching my skin closely and has encouraged me to contact her if I have any concern. Prior to beginning treatment, she told me that if my skin gets too dark, we will suspend treatment until fall or winter. I believe all of the above indicates Jan's concern that I have a good experience and obtain good results. Another plus, Jan does not use Groupon or other coupon sites, she simply keeps her prices competitive to those that do use them. Finally, you will not see another technician. Jan performs the treatments and I feel this consistency is vital to positive outcomes.

If you are wanting a qualified laser treatment then this is the place to get it. Jan is fabulous and does a great job of getting rid of that unwanted hair. I love the fact that I don't have to shave anymore. They are a little more expensive but when it comes to lasers and having someone with experience do it then it justifies the cost. I also love to get microdermabrasion facials there as well. I would and have recommended this place to others.

I bought a living social voucher for laser hair removal. I wanted my back and inner thighs lasered. I just went to my 3rd appt and I have 5-6 deep purple burns on the front of my thigh each about the size of a dime. Not a place where I had hair that needed to be removed. I wish I could post a picture. The laser is extremely hot. The places I had hair to remove is actually not burned. But I will not be returning.

The customer service I received was horrible. I understand that this business may be stressful, but as a front desk assistant isn't it your job to respect your customers? The person was always very stressed and berated me for missing an appointment. here is a segment from their home page:

This paragraph is a joke. I would strongly suggest going to another location if kindness and respect matters to you. I will certainly never go back unless they hire new employees. As for the actual treatments I had done, they were only so-so.



There are many other Spa's in the area, don't bother with this one.

as a past and present client i have referred several people to Jane. She has such a wonderful personality and has been great to my referrals. She really knows what she is doing. I have done the laser hair removal for both myself and my daughter and the results have been great.
