My experiences with the Washington Street location arequite frustrating. I operate a small business and prompt, efficient service is very important in order to preserve my client base. On four occasions they "lost" my shipments, creating a situation in which I lost money and had to refundthe purchase amount and postage. Mail cannot simply be"lost", let's be realistic- it's a theft issue..This is partially funded by our tax dollars. The people employed there are well paid and have serious "attitude problems". I use FEDEX for my larger shipments and for the smaller items, I use USPS. Every time I take an Item I need to obsessively "track" it to be certain my clients receive their merchandise.
