I have always had a good experience with Dr. Hatsis and SiteMD. They are informative and helpful in their exams and treatment of my eyes.

Spends time with me, examining & explaining his observation of exam & prescribing the proper treatments.

Thorough examination and good explanation of problems and course of action

I had injured my eye was in extreme pain… Had spoke to three other doctors first who were most concerned about getting as much money out of me as possible while I was in agony. Thankfully got this doctors number and he was Quick, decisive, and Caring. Would absolutely go back!

Staff are well attentive to us(patients)and polite,as well as very coordinated. Accessibility of this facility is very convenient.

Competent, kind and clearly very interested in his patient, takes the time to inquire and listen. So grateful to have such a wonderful eye doctor.

Felt very comfortable

Surgeon who has a welcoming manner that is very comforting for a nervous patient it has been almost 2 weeks since my surgery and all is going well with one exception. One of the eyedrops recommended by the doctor is Bram site which is not on my insurance company formulary and therefore cost $120 for a tiny bottle. Question is there some substitute that might be more accessible at a lower cost

Staff and Dr. Hatsis are top notch, but the wait time is excessive. At the new location, there is a large wait room with socially distance seating.
When you are called in to complete some preliminary tests, you are placed in a small waiting room with other patients waiting to actually see your doctor. I was in that small, not socially distanced room for 15 minutes or more. It all had a “factory” feel.
