Went to the showroom, great customer service, ordered 3 pull-down shades. Someone came out to measure, very professional and on time. Installation was scheduled a few weeks later. They called to confirm the day before. Nice people.

Jeannie took very good care of us when putting shutters in our new home. She acted as our interior designer, giving advice around both the look and functionality of various shutter options. When we had a minor malfunction after a few months, they took care of it right away!

Would not recommend. Bad Customer service and not much to chose from. There are too many other places that offer more for your money. Home Depot, Lowes and R.C. Willey right down the street
