I loved living at this apartment. The apartment was beautiful, the grounds immaculate. The maintenance staff were incredibly responsive, fully staffed, with quality repairs. The only downside, for me, were the smokers. A non smoking building for people with health issues would be amazing. Our pet,Toby, loved the Dog Park. The 2015 manager, Jenny, was fantastic. Unfortunately, a new company was brought in and they raised the rent about $75 a month. As a single mother, I couldn't afford it and had to move. I cried. Woodhaven was home and Jenny and the maintenance staff were family. If you can afford it and if Jenny is still the manager, move here.. it's wonderful.

Latest Office manager horrible. Rent too high for what u get. Outside may be nice, but insides old...wonder if changed owners or management companies as customer service down the toilet last few months.
