Not very pleased with this place. Can't even get a simple explanation on how to view the proofs. Had to do my own digging and found out you had to purchase the proofs to view which the cost would then be used toward your final purchase. Instead, they gave you a round about explanation why they don't put their proofs on line which is not what I called for. I wanted to know how to see the proofs. This explanation would have been suffice. Instead, the lady decided to hang up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. When I called back, she says she's not going to argue with me. I told her I wasn't arguing either I just wanted to know how to see the proofs so to know what to order. Her explanation was their site has the types of pictures they offer and we had to choose from that. She still didn't tell me that I could purchase the proofs. Not very concerned about making their customers happy or explaining their business.
