Sales staff friendly, but not really knowledgeable about the products other than to say "I have that one and I like it"



Delivery is slow. Paid for an item and it was delivered five days later. No communication from store as to when they would deliver. Asked for delivery the day it was purchased. Was told, "he's too busy."



Cheaper than buying a new one from a big name store, but not the place to go if you need them to deliver ASAP.



All being said, I will come back again if I have to.



Three stars given because they were good, but not great.
