I called TNT Plumbing they were very late but did show up they were here for 15 maybe 20 minutes at the most, they did not get the clog out but they still charged me an $85 service fee, which i feel was not fair seeings how they were very late and did not even try to go into my crawlspace and get the clog out! :-(

This service is extreamly budget friendly. We all know how damned expensive water emergencies can get so every penny counts. When we called late at night for an emergeny call his prices were extreamly reasonable. Not to mention we got a free magnet with his services that we will very much be using in the future if need be. Really down to earth guy very freindly and explains the situation at hand well. No compition.

Okay maybe I was exagerating. Came home after work to find turds floating in the basement. After calling frinks and being told they would not be able to come out until tomorrow morning, I called TNT. He explained the issue to me and said he would be at my house in fifteen minutes. He was there in 7! Mind you this is 9pm on a sunday. Very cheap. My grand total was less than what other companies charged just to show up. Very pleased and will call again god forbid I need to.

Absolutely amazing service... especially when compared to so called competitors.



We called 6 different companies who claim to offer emergency/24 hr services. We were either told that they could not make it out to us until morning or they did not even bother to answer the phone. The ones who did just stated that it was OKAY to leave SEWAGE in the basement until they could be bothered to show up--- Plus they were still going to charge a $200 emergency fee just to show up without even fixing the problem.



Luckily, we stumbled upon a company that we had never heard of (TNT co). When we called and explained the situation, he was knowledgeable about what the problem was and provided us with two options- we could have him come out tonight or we could wait until tomorrow and save $75. We decided that we did want it fixed tonight. He stated that he would be at our house in an hour and arrived even sooner than that. He was extremely professional and polite and had the problem fixed within an hour of getting here. Not only was he very professional, but he also charged less than his competitors and less than he quoted us over the phone. He also took additional time to have us run water from all of our drains to ensure it wouldn't back up again. He also provided some suggestions as to the best way to clean up the mess (which was much appreciated). I honestly hope to never have this problem again-- but if I did, or heard of anyone who did, I would most definitely recommend this company. Excellent service delivered in a timely manner with extreme professionalism- I could not have asked to be treated any better by a company in this situation.

Rob was very courteous on the phone and he was at my place within one hour to take care of my clogged drain.
He was very knowledgeable and provided me with much help and information regarding the situation, in hopes that he doesn't have to return again for the same problem. And the best part was that he was very reasonable ...Kudos to TNTand Rob ..Thanks a million! Sheila

Awesome service! I called them in the afternoon, and they were able to come 2 hours later! They were professional, courteous (cleaned up after themselves unlike other chain companies) and all-around nice guys. If we have any problems in the future, we will definitely be calling TNT.

TNT provided fantastic service. The service was very reasonably priced, and Rob was quick in response to my clogged drain. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for doing a great job!

Very courteous on the phone. Came right out and took care of the drain. He took his time and made sure it was done right. Afterword he made sure the area was clean. Also gave some helpful tips to make sure I don't have to call him back too soon.

I was incredibly pleased and satisfied with the service I received today - December 8, 2011. TNT was very professional, very friendly, and very thorough. We were given a quote on the phone and they could have charged us that, but with integrity, let us know that the amount of work required less than the original quote! The drain was fully cleared and we were given suggestions for how to keep it that way. Thanks for a job well done!
