I have been in customer service for over 20 years, and if you want excuses, use these people. My husband had an appointment on 8/25. He was told they would contact the insurance company & someone would call him the following Monday. After not hearing back from them (a week later), he called & they gave the excuse that his phone was busy. Cell phones aren't busy, so he got the number they said they had & tried calling it...fast busy signal NOT busy. Unless you're an idiot, you should know that. Anyway, when my husband called back a week later, they told him they would run it through the insurance & call him back...never happened. When he called back the FOLLOWING week, he was told the girl who did the insurance is not there, but she hadn't run it through the insurance yet. They would run it through the insurance & call him back. A month later & still no call. Now they're claiming they didn't have what they needed & did us a FAVOR by calling the doctor. Really? That's your job!
