My coworker noticed he had a flat tire, so I offered to go buy him a can of fix a flat. He gave me money and the first problem I had was the shown price was incorrect. When I questioned the amount I was completely directed to "take it up with the supervisor because it wasn't his problem" yeah!! That's exactly what he said to me. Ok some people are rude I get it, but when the worker is shootin the bull with who I'm assuming was his friends, I can't help but feel I might have been an inconvenience, and since I was questioning a company mistake, I was really being a pain apparently. I get back to my job, my coworker goes out (IN 6 DEGREE WINDCHILL WEATHER NO LESS) come to find out the can is defective and the formula would not spray thru the hose, comes spewing out of the top. I end up taking it back to exchange it. I walk in, receipt in hand and the first words out of his mouth are, "we don't do returns until 7 am" to which I explained this was kind of in an emergency situation and I wasn't trying to get my money back but I just needed a different can. All he wanted to do was argue and tell me that I had to buy another one and again, "take it up with the manager cuz it wasn't his problem," kept interrupting me, showed absolutely ZERO dignity for customer service. Its freezing cold out and someone is in distress, and he couldn't just let me swap out for an unbroken can. This was absolutely the most disgusting heartless thing I've ever experienced.
