Provided by SuperpagesNeeded to exchange an item purchased online by a family member, sent directly to me as a gift. The item recieved was the wrong size. The first employee needed to ask a second employee for assistance. The second employee told me that I would have to have the packing slip. I did not have it. I did have the online order printed. The third employee was very helpful however; I had to call my family member and ask for their complete debit card number. Turns out they couldn't use it for the return and had to put the return on a Kohl's gift card, then deduct it from there. Disappointed in your no hassle return for this location. This was the first time I've had a problem exchanging something at Kohl's.
