CT Masonry was recommended to me by a local roofing company, so I called and set up a time for an estimate. I was told they would be out by a set date. I called on that date, and left a voice mail. I never heard back from CT Masonry. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was told they would come out, and they never responded back! If you cannot do the job for whatever reason, simply say so and let me know. To leave a customer waiting for a response shows that that the company simply does not care, and what does this say about their work if they don’t care?
