I Love this place! great prices and great service. We were not pressured into buying anything like other stores. We picked out our couch and it was delivered the same day about two hours later(for a reasonable fee of course) I was slightly disappointed in their "bargain basement." its not really much of a bargain compared to the rest of the store... the whole place is just a great bargain!

I bought two twin size box springs & they were ripped & dirty all the way up both sides!!

Went in to buy two mattresses and when I asked if there was a better price...the response from the manager was "...run them out of here!"(meaning me and my daughter, not the mattresses) Crazy Joe's is not going to get any of my business ever.

I put a dresser on layaway at Crazy Joe's in Rockford, IL and wasn't told that if cancelled I would only be refunded a store credit. Well I found a dresser I liked better elsewhere and upon cancelling was told I had 90 days to use my store credit and they kept 20% of my down payment. There was nothing else I was interested in purchasing and nothing worth purchasing for $80 in the store. It is somewhat of a discount store, so selection is limited. I didn't find anything I wanted within the 90 days so I am now out $80!!! Not a good business practice!!
