This shop may not be the top of the line fancy but the customer service is out of this world! Very kind and helpful! This is definitely a place to try!

I will give this place a 2 because the sales lady was very nice. However, The place is old and falling apart. The ceiling in the room that brides try on dresses is falling down. I would assume they have money for repairs because they charge so much for dresses and accessories. You are not allowed to take photos of dresses. I find this off putting because I get a better idea of how I look in a dress from a photo. Also, You can't pick any dresses. They pick for you and keep them all in a dark back room that you have no access to. I'm glad they were kind but the rest of my experience was underwhelming.

I would not recommend this shop to any future bride. I had several hundred dollars worth of alterations done to my gown, including hemming up the bottom at least 2 inches. However, on the day of my wedding the hem fell down and I ended up having to hold up my gown the entire night!



AND, on the confirmed date and time of when I supposed to pick up my gown, NO ONE WAS THERE! No one answered the phone, no one apologized, and I was extremely upset as it took me over a half hour to get there!



I would definitely look elsewhere for alterations.
