I dropped my car off and they ...

I dropped my car off and they told me they would call me when it was finished (approx 1 1/2 hrs). I went to work and 3 hrs later had not received a phone call. I called them, they said the car had been done. When I went to pick it up I asked them why they didn't call me and all they said was "my bad". I dont know about you but "my bad" is not professional talk. I will never be taking my vehicle back there and would in no way suggest this place to anyone. I lost time at work and my lunch hour for them to say "my bad". Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer visited this location due to a broken wheel stud that was paid for by a different company that caused the issue. Customer stated "I worked just across the street and will pick it up later". Job was completed in a timely manner. Customer returned and while she was waiting to get to her vehicle there was several customers before her, obviously self centerd people dont believe in waiting and all others must step aside. Really, "My Bad"? 48 years in business, 9 locations and thousands of very satisfied customers. Used to be much better

Over the past three years I've had them service three vehicles in the family, and they were always pretty decent with the price, and reasonably fast with the service. However, the last two times I made appointments, neither were honored. In the last case I left the car there the night before the service was to be performed, and I was called the next day and asked why my car was there and what was I "hoping" to get done. I'd made the appointment so I wouldn't have to "hope" to get anything done. The car than sat there for another night, and then I suspect was bumped to the end of the line after the appointments that were honored for that day. Don't know that I will being going back to them, but if I do, and if anyone else plans on using them, I would be sure to confirm the appointment at least once after making it.

FUL TANK SERVICE

I'm always a little leary when dealing with a service garage for the first time. I had to write and comment on my pleasant experience with this firm. The people were all friendly and very helpful. I recieved a prompt estimate and very fast service. I even was able to drop off my fuel tank for service at a location closer to my home. They picked it up from there and took it to their service center. When it was completed they re-delivered it back to the drop off location in South Beloit for my convenience. The charges were extremely reasonable. Hats off to this proffesionally run organization. I will recommend them highly and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
