These guys fixed my computer while I waited and even stayed after hours to get the job done! They really know what their doing. I would recommend them to any professional that needs quick response.

Stopped into Bisconti on the chance that they might carry a charger for my Sansung 4. The guy who initially waited on me said no, but a voice from the back room said "yes we do". Lauren then came to the counter and located the new charger. I asked her if I could make sure it fit as I had somehow bent my previous charger, and it would not go back in the port. The new one wouldn't either. Instead of telling me "sorry, it's the port", she went to the trouble of inspecting it, and discovered what she thought was something stuck in there. Going to the back, and returning with a pair of tweezers, she carefully removed a tiny metal piece that had broken off the old charger. The new one then fit perfectly. Lauren really went the extra mile, and defines what Customer Service is all about. Thanks again Lauren!

I can't thank these guys enough for what they did for me. I didn't know they even existed until a couple of days ago - and now they will be my first stop for anything computer related. I was in a bind with my MacBook Pro but good luck finding anyone in the Rockford area that works on Macs that actually understands them. Not even the Geek Squad was able to help me due to some proprietary glue (huh?). They recommended a couple of places I could call. The first couldn't get me in that day (and didn't seem all that shaken up about it). But Bisconti understood it was urgent to me, and was able to get me in on the same day to get me taken care of. Imagine that - a computer store with empathy. Who knew? I received my MacBook Pro back on the same day in better condition than I dropped it off in, and I will now be loyal to Bisconti for all computer needs. Heck, it's only been two days and I've already gone to them again for an accessory. So long, Geek Squad.
