BEWARE!! Aaron Auto Glass scratched the top of my car above the windshield they replaced. They denied it and proceeded to point out every scratch on the hood of my car which were in no way same in appearance. For the $20-$40 you will save, you’re better off going with a more reputable company. Take pictures of your car before you leave it with them for service.

I was calling around for quotes to replace the windshield on my old Chevy Blazer, not because the glass was broken or cracked, but because it was leaking. I spoke with Theresa, who asked me if I wanted new or used glass. I told her that it was leaking, and that I didn't know there was such an option as used glass. It had always been explained to me that in order to reseal a windshield, you had to break out the old one and replace it with new. She told me that I could simply have it removed and resealed. Ray did an excellent job of removing and replacing my glass, and also of cleaning it up, removing old sticker residue. This was a great cost saving to me, not having to replace the glass. I was also pleased to know that the work is "Aaronteed" (guaranteed), another load off my mind. The facility is very nice and clean (including the restroom), too. The staff there is so friendly and caring. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I brought my car in to get a new driver's side window put in. The mechanic mistakenly thought that I wanted a used window. When I brought my car in the next day and complained about it, they agreed to put in the new window for me without charging me the labor cost. They were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process.
