Rock Island Diamond Company offers an exchange or store credit on returns, within five days of purchase. Iif you determine prior to use of the item that you do not like it or it was not what you anticipated it to be, please contact us for return instructions. The 5-day guarantee starts the day you receive the merchandise. Once we receive the merchandise, we will exchange or upgrade your item or issue a store credit for the purchase price less the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. We do not offer refunds on special or custom jewelry. To return merchandise, call us 309 ) 794-1303 for a return authorization number to put on the outside of the package and for the return shipping address. Make sure you insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and include all of the paperwork you received. The item must be returned unworn and undamaged in the same condition that it was sent. We are an Illinois based company, so we must charge 7.0% sales tax to all items purchased within the state of Illinois.
