Extremely friendly staff that worked hard to assist my family's needs. I had a wonderful experience going to Quad City Orthodontics.

We have been going to Dr. Richards for the past two years and have always had a great service. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Richards is always willing to answer my questions and keep me up to date with my 12 year old son's progress.

Very poor service.My daughter waits about an hour each time she goes in for a appointment to get her brackets changed. Plans were set on a date she had an appointment, called 2 weeks notice but they couldn't get her back in for another month. Do not recommend this orthodontist.
