It is the best veterinarian I have ever been to (and I have been to a LOT). The front desk staff is helpful, cheerful,and nice. They are great at accommodating your needs. I have never had to wait long even if I was a walk in. Dr Smith is great. The vet techs are great. They truly care about your animals.

I have been going to a diffferent local vet for some time and just recently tried Banfield in Rock Hill. I was greeted by a very professional, kind woman at the front desk who was able to fit my dog in for an appointment the very same day. I saw Dr. Collins and she was great. She was very knowledgable and you could tell that she really cared about my dog. I will be returning and highly recommend to anyone looking for a new veterinarian!

My dog is a rescue and is very anxious about having his nails trimmed. They swore they could do it, no problem. They had 3 people holding him and he was so distressed he defecated and urinated on them. That is a problem in my mind. They said it would cost me over $200 next time. I assume they wanted to sedate him. My groomer trims his nails with no trauma so I don't know why they couldn't handle him. I don't feel I can trust them for my veterinary needs--we go to Ebenezer Animal Hospital in Rock Hill.
