I had a move planned call them 1 1/2 months early.. they had the date open I sand that I would like it and what did I have to do to reserve that date and time.. I was told just my name and address and where I was moving to she never asked for downpayment which I was will to do ..called to comfirm 10 days before the move and thay lost all me info and said that they were booked for that day.. and I I never called them because they have no record for it ..but it was funny I had all the info she then was very rude on the phone and tryed to do different dates but I told her that I couldn't because other people were taking time off for work to help me and that I could not canage that day... she was then nice and hung up on me.... would not let this place do anything for me they lose stuff I'm gladed of I would have been waithingfor a truck that was not coming because of their error. I hope that this helps someone.
