There's not enough stars to rate this wonderfully compassionate staff! We lost our 18 year old dog, Henry, in November. I phoned Pets at Peace to make arrangements for our dear Henry and spoke with Cheryl. She was beyond helpful and understanding. I broke down crying and she was so comforting and respectful of our loss...I can't tell you enough how much her listening to me meant to me. My husband also got a call from Courtney, and had a similar compassionate conversation with her. Ultimately we met with Tom, who was also so respectful of our loss. Under horrible circumstances for us.....we found three extraordinary people who eased our grief. This organization maybe should change their name to...we comfort Parents of Pets at Peace. We appreciate them beyond these words.

Took my daughters cat here that she has had for 16 years. Not a inch less than any other member of our family. From the first phone call till the moment we picked him back up we were treated with total respect and care. mind you I did not call around but I guess I am glad I did not. I do not think I could have found a more caring group of people to handle our loss. Extremely fair cost and we got so much in return. from ink and clay prints to fur clippings and very nice wooden memorial box. Very well done.

We lost our dog of 15 years this past week. She died at home in the middle of the night, so I went online to look for pet crematoriums. I'm glad I didn't listen to the other review, because they were extremely helpful & compassionate, from the answering service, until the time we picked up her ashes! They treated us as if she was a family member, & nothing less! They also have a wonderful website, where you can post your pet's story, and read material to help you through your grieving process. I highly recommend them!
