I gave them 3 bags of clothes this summer. They took them and just asked me to leave address and phone number, but didn't write down how many pieces of my clothes. I trusted her. When this fall she asked me to pick up my cloth and said none of them were sold. I came to the store as the time she told me, she said she was too busy, asked me to come back again. I came again, she said her computer was broken, she could not tell how many of my cloth are sold. She spent lots of time and found a bag of my clothes. She said that's all. I told her no, I left 3 bags here this summer. She said she would let me know after her computer was fixed. During the time, I called her many times. She didn't answer calls. At last, one time she answered the phone. After a while, she told me she would give me $15. I told her to send a check. After a couple of weeks, I got nothing. I called her again(of course many times), she said she just sent of bunch of checks, including mine. I could get it in 2-3 days. After 3 days, one week, 2 weeks, nothing happen. I called her many times of course, she insisted on she sent the check. Still, nothing...I called again and again...she doesn't answer the phone calls...It is a funny the way she does her business.

Not to pleased with this place they never answer the phone and the voicemail is full. Ive been calling for over a month the ad tells u to call and schedule an appointment and I cant even do that they never answer.
