Serviced for tire rotation and oil change. Informed them I was disabled with nerve damage and it was painful for me to wait to long. 2 hours later it was done and so was I ...in complete pain. 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with request? Then to top it off, I had to return two days later and have them recalibrate the tire air pressure sensor as the HUD was showing a fault because they didn't do it in the first place. Horrible service this time.

I haven't purchased a new car in many years and my experience at Bob Chevorlet was exceptionally good. If I didnt understand something my salesman, Joe LaVerde was more than happy to explain it to me. I did not feel like I was being "upsold" anything or pressured. They give you all the time you need to make a decision. I am very satisfied with my car and my sales experience.

Leasing my very first car seemed like a daunting task. Would I qualify for a loan? Could I find a car in my price range that coincided with my style? But my biggest concern was: Am I going to be given the typical car salesmen speech and get ripped off? When I walked into Bob Johnson, representatives were very attentive, but not in an obnoxious way. My sales specialist was Scott Rocco, and he was absolutely fantastic, he took me out onto the lot, showed me options in my price range, let me drive a couple, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choice. It really was a great experience. I ended up leasing a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LT RTS all on my own, no co-signer (at the age of 23). The finance manager was very informative, and walked me through all the paperwork. Within 24 hours, I went back to Bob Johnson, signed the paperwork and drove off the lot an hour later. I can’t emphasize enough what a great experience this was. If you’re a first time buyer, no worries, Bob Johnson is honestly there to help get you into a car that works for you. I highly recommend this car dealership and am looking forward to working them again in 3 years when my lease is up.

After 3 weeks of having my car the dealer still has not fixed it. In fact after suspending the tech that pulled my motor apart and not calling me for 6 days to tell me, they told me he left due to a family emergency, luckily ik several workers there that had kept me in the loop on the status of the vehicle. I never recommend ever getting car work or purchasing a car through them

Our Salesman could not have been better! Even though the dealership was busy due to the tent sale (and under construction) & it was SOOOOO hot outside, he did everything humanly possible to make our buying experience a positive one.
