I have spent thousands of dollars at Kelleys on machines and products, but will now take my business elsewhere. Just recentIy I was charged $70 for a repair part (bobbin case) that was on their rack for $50 ($25 on Amazon). It was claimed that the part was different when ordered for the repair shop. When I looked at it when I got home, the bobbin case had the appearance of a used part. I also found thread and lint in the part of the machine I could see after the cleaning and adjustments were done. I have found many of their classes to be sub-standard and "taught" by people who were unprepared and lacked the knowledge and skills needed, and who repeatedly allowed interruptions during class. I love my Janome machines, but service and product knowledge is important to me. On several occasions, I was sold products for my machine that were actually incompatible with machine and would not work with it. I am very disappointed in the service, product knowledge, and classes.
