Worst apartments I have lived in, mold,bugs,heat never felt like it was on lots of college kids party's every weekend,door to main entrance always broken anyone could walk in.

I just moved in and, other than the fact that it was not cleaned prior to move in, I have to say that it is very nice. I love being across the street from the Paint Creek Trail! I have not had any problems with excessive noise, and I love the fact that the pet fee is so reasonable ($20.00 a mon.). The only thing I am really missing...no washer and dryer in unit!!!
