Tragic Visit. What Happened? There seemed to be failures at servers, management and kitchen levels. Ordered the featured meal on commercials. Salad was brought promptly, but then meal was ignored. 30-35 minutes later steaks and crab legs brought to the table - COLD. Butter would not melt in the potato. Sent back to the kitchen, server promising they would be re-made at the front of the line. 25 minutes later we asked for the manager. Server showed up at the table claiming she knew nothing about the delay. Meal finally brought by manager. Server then brought the bill, adding a extra dinner that we never ordered to pad the bill. Nice final touch. Something is very wrong here. I typically really like outback. Gordon Ramsey needs to visit here and whip them into shape.

Great meals always with the coupons I cant complain as its not great everytime, but its gets the job done and its tasty.

We have eaten at almost all of the upscale steak houses in the area and agree that outback is the best. Most of the time we carry out, and enjoy the meal with our own bottle of wine at home. We also make it a point to eat at Outback restaurants across the country because of the consistency. We have never had a bad steak from Outback. The service is also tops.

We just left outback steak house in Rochester Hills on valentines day...and we had the absolute worst meal ever! Pasta was undercooked, and sauce was hard on noodles (like it had been sitting), steaks were very grissely, didnt get bread until dinner was already served, two of our party left feeling ill after eating their meals (both chicken). We were never asked for refills on drinks or if we needed anything with dinner. Server was nowhere to be found for the entire meal...I also work in the food industry, and we were extremely patient with the server and manager...We spoke with a very young manager who was very rude and deffensive. Just extremely disappointing....especially for a $100 meal...

Enjoy going to this Outback. Always great food and service. Friendly service & waiters.
