This is the best place in Waco for Dental Care. The Staff is so pleasant, and caring. This kind of service is hard to come by, and I highly recommend them. I had to have a tooth extracted today, and Tomas Alicea D.M.D. was the best ever. He made sure I felt no pain, and I didn't. Awesome Experience Thank You Stonewood!!

Seen by Dr. Childress whom suggested to get a filler on a molar that had never bothered me. I took his suggestion and got the filler. After getting it done it started giving me trouble even pass the days they told me the pain would last. 3 wks later I called and told them that they had scraped to far and might have hit a nerve due to it hurt, as if I had a horrible cavity. They told me it would go away a month pass and I had a horrible toothache on that same molar. I called and set up and appt which they gave me a wk later. During that week I had a horrible toothache I couldn't stand. I started taking antibiotics since I knew I had an infection on that tooth. I made my appt and I was upset being that if they would have let me come in before the pain got worse they wouldn't have to do a root canal and that's exactly what Dr. Childress said needed to be done. He blame my tooth already being bad before he did the filler and I told him, it had never given me problems until he worked on it. He told me he could do a root canal. He suggested that if I didn't like his services I could get reimbursed back, he also mention that he was a great Dr. He told me he was a great Dr. and how much other patients loved his work and offered to give me a football players number who he had done similar work on and later saw him and told him he was such a great dr. First of all, I thought that's HIPPA violation. He kept bragging and told me to allow him to do the root canal. I gave him a second chance. After I left I called back and told his secretary that he offered to reimburse his filler. After that, she said she would talk to the Dr. She called back & told me to talk to office manager whom refused and told me they could not do any services on me again. I asked if I could speak to the Dr. And she said he didn't want to speak to me again. They continued sending me reminders of my cleaning and my bill for the filler and the root canal. I felt I was treated wrongly and lied to.

I wait almost 3 weeks for my cleaning and they cancel it 1 hr before my appointment, they try to reschedule for next month.
