The first work crew ran a power tool around the front door which blew lighting to my 3 ceiling fans and hallway light. Window World had 2 people evaluate the problem with no solution found and Window World accused me "of trying to stick them'". Window World continues to refuse to admit that they caused the electrical problem. I am still in the dark. Window World did not complete the installation professionally. They completed installation of the door in the dark and attempted, in my absence, to have my wife sign off that the work was completed satisfactorily. That crew refused to return to my residence. Window World agreed that the first work crew did shoddy work and sent another work crew. The second work crew replaced the aluminum around the door which was not nailed and was "flapping in the wind." A third work crew eventually came and finished the doors. Bad customer relations, bad installers, bad experience.
