My experience was wonderful. This place has made such a difference in my feet. The orthotics are the best I have ever had. Also, best fitting tennis shoes. Thank you so much

I highly recommend The Sole Man to anyone with a prescription for orthotics. The work was done in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. The most impressive part, however, was the man who brought out a chair and sat with me to explain what he'd done and what I could expect. He added that I could come back if I had problems for no additional cost. (Correct street number is 3406).

I would recommend The Sole Man to anybody who needs a very difficult shoe repair. They worked their magic on the shoes I took to them and did not brush me off like the man at Shoe Doc did. Great job!!!!! Thank you!

The Sole Man is one of the best shoe repair shops in this area!!! Need a shoe repair, go there!!!! I can attest to that fact because I received a pair of expensive moccasins for Christmas from a Cherokee, NC shop which is now closed for the winter months. One of the laces was defective & practically irreplaceable. Not being familiar with shoe stores in Roanoke, I was referred to Shoe Doc for the repair...Big Mistake!! Talk about the "brush off!" Thanks goodness for the yellow pages which is where I found The Sole Man and thank goodness for that!! They repaired my shoelace and in addition provided excellent customer service. I cannot recommend Sole Man enough to anybody in the area. They went above and beyond and I will certainly go there in the future. Great Job, Guys!! You worked your Sole Man Magic on my shoelace and for that I am so very thankful & grateful!!!! Best of luck to you in the future!!!!!

I had 2 pair of boots worked on. One was great replaces the bottom of the heels. The other pair I had damaged the back of the heel. Kinda gouged a little place. So they replaced the bottom of heels on 2nd pair but did not fill in back of heel as we had talked about. I was told the area would be filled in sanded and colored blk and I would barely know it was there. Well apparently he forgot or something. Anyway they were super nice guys who seem very busy. I wish I had gotten better results or had just been told they couldn't be fixed. U decide I have.
