Don't call the Roanoke office! Find yourself a local guy like I had to do. Paid 109 bucks for 3 months of service but only had them for 2 weeks! Had a tech come twice of which she was over an hour late each time, and it did not do the job..fired them for the unprofessionalism as the 2nd time they couldn't even locate her when she was already an hour late..requested a refund due to their 100% guarantee and bad service and have been given the run around, called corporate and they got in touch with Matthew and stated he'd be calling me right then so we hung up.
....that was 3 days ago BIG FAT ZERO RATING FROM ME!! I'm telling absolutely EVERYONE I know about my experience!!
