If you choose MKB Realtors, you might get the same service we did. On our move-in date, the house had not even been professionally cleaned, since the cleaning service was waiting for us to let them in. Upon move out, MKB did not provide us with our damage deposit within 45 days Per Virginia Code, § 55-248.15:1. Security deposits, Section A. I'm still waiting for my damage deposit back and keep getting promises, but I still haven't gotten results.
