While visiting the facility; one of their softballs in their batting cages came through a hole in the netting and shattered my windshield. The owner told me to get it replaced and he would reimburse me. 5+ years later and several contacts and personally handing him copies of the bill; I have not been reimbursed for the damage. I am very disappointed in their customer service and neglect of this incident....Ed Haggerty
