I will never do business with edible arrangements again for the simple fact that when I reached out to them by phone they blatantly lied I had called 5 days before Valentines and ordered a $75 arrangement with a delivery fee totaling $90 they assured me they could deliver it on February 14th which is Valentines keeping in mind that two days before we had 16 inches of snow my wife had went to work as normal and throughout the day I was wondering when she would call me to thank me when 4 o'clock came around I never heard from her so I called animal (edible)arrangements Town Square and they had informed me that my arrangement was still at their location and that I could pick it up and they could not give me a time frame when it might be there my wife's office was closing at 4 so I decided just to cancel my order I was very unhappy that my special day for my wife didn't go as planned the parking lot was great and my wife made it to work just fine I've then proceeded to write edible arrangements directly they gave me a case number which was helpful and all avenues were covered right down to the local edible arrangements they gave me their number to call back I then called to talk to a manager she then told me that my arrangement was in the parking lot when I had cancelled my order I guess it was coincidence and that they had called my wifes business before I had cancelled my order which was a lie because my wife never received a call from edible arrangements she was the only one there in the office so therefore they could not come through on the order and they lied whenever I talk to them if there was a way that I could give them 0 stars I would they do not deserve one star
