If I could give them less stars, I would. We purchased $4200 in wood from the. The ordered the wrong wood. And loaded it without us viewing it. When we got it home, they were already closed. I phoned first thing in the morning and told them that an error had been. Made. The owner, Mr. Honeycutt told me they never made errors and they were not willing to take the wood back. I told him to expect to hear from my attorney. Also contacting BBB and consumer fraud. Now, I don't even want an exchange but a refund. I refuse to deal with this back word , never make an error company. They have lost a lot of business from us.

My experience is identical to Ladybug and Shor. The workmanship was exceedingly poor. The owner agreed to repair some of the more deficient issues but later declined even this.

You will pay top dollar for what turns out to be inferior carpet. You will have puckering from bad install. You will want to get it fixed. They will not fix it even though it is only one year since it was installed. Had to pay someone else to do it. That man told me carpet was not quality I paid for. Showed me the backing and explained. Do not do business with this company.

i wouldnt use this piece of crap place to buy carpet. especially don't purchase from a woman named patsy....what a ripoff
